On January 23, 2020, the first mapathon of the year will take place in Salzburg!

UPDATE: The BOKU team has informed participants today that the mapathon unfortunately has to be cancelled due to unforeseen difficulties.

BOKU and Médecins Sans Frontières are organising another mapathon on Monday, 16 December 2019, starting at 6 p.m. at TÜWI at BOKU.

At a mapathon, mappers meet and map a task from a HOT project to support people and, above all, the aid organisations working there after disasters. The mappers meet at one location and bring their laptops and mice. The organiser provides electricity, food and drinks.

On 9 December 2019, the next Vienna Geo Meetup will take place at Donau City Treff, Arbeiterstrandbadstraße 128, Vienna!

It starts at 6:00 p.m., and the talks begin at 6:30 p.m.:
